These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Beryl Window Care website and your purchase of window cleaning services from Beryl Window Care ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial window cleaning services, including exterior and interior window cleaning, screen cleaning, track and sill detailing, hard water stain removal, and related glass care. The specific services included in your visit are those described in your quote or booking confirmation.

2. Quotes & Estimates

  • Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide (window count, home size, condition, and accessibility).
  • If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, for example, significantly more windows, heavy construction debris, or paint overspray, we will notify you of any price adjustment before beginning work.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled within an arrival window, which we will communicate in advance.
  • You may reschedule or cancel at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Weather: light rain does not typically affect window cleaning quality. If weather conditions make safe or effective work impossible, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge.

4. Access & Site Conditions

  • Please ensure we have reasonable access to the areas being serviced, including unlocked gates and secured pets.
  • For interior service, please clear fragile items from windowsills and immediate window areas before our arrival.
  • We reserve the right to decline work we judge unsafe, including windows that cannot be safely reached or glass that is cracked or structurally compromised.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
  • Recurring or membership plans are billed on the schedule described at signup and may be paused or canceled with notice before the next scheduled visit.

6. Our Guarantee

If anything is missed, or you're not satisfied with the finish on any window we cleaned, let us know within 7 days of service and we will return to re-clean the affected windows at no charge. Rain that spots your glass within 7 days of service is covered the same way. This guarantee covers workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing damage, scratches, hard water etching not included in the service, failed window seals (fogging between panes), or new soiling after our visit.

7. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability

  • We will flag pre-existing damage we notice, such as scratched glass, damaged screens, torn tint, or failed seals, before or during service.
  • We exercise care in and around your property. If you believe damage occurred during a service visit, notify us within 48 hours so we can inspect and make it right.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit.

8. Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your quote, scheduling, and service reminders. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. 9. Website Use

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and the Beryl Window Care name and mark, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
