3. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us related to your quote and service, such as confirmations, arrival updates, and reminders. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect service-related calls or emails needed to complete work you've booked.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting, form processing, scheduling, and payment providers, and only as needed to provide their services to us.
Advertising platforms, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which receive limited information about your visit through the cookies described in Section 9.

We keep quote and service records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
